W-STEVEN MARTIN - 911 SUPPORT PROGRAMS

The 34th Annual W. Steven Martin 911 Toy Drive is gearing up for the 2019 Holiday Season!

The 34th Annual W. Steven Martin 911 Toy Drive is gearing up for the 2019 holiday season, and we are pleased to announce that long-time friends and supporters Zeco and SK Oil Sales have graciously stepped up and provided a home for our toys. After a long run in the East Valley, we are returning to our roots in the West Valley, though we expect to have agencies from across the state participating, as usual.

When:
Friday, December 20, 2019
0630 Donuts and Coffee
0745 Opening Ceremony
0800 Cop Shopping

Where:
5351 North 51st Avenue
Glendale, AZ  85301

Following the 2018 Toy Drive, Champagne Logistics, which had been our home for the past five years, let us know that they were no longer able to donate the space. The search began, with Channel 10 advocating for us on several news segments. A number of local businesses inquired about our needs but were ultimately unable to participate. In October, Zeco and SK Oil Sales committed to extending our longstanding partnership to include providing warehouse space.

The move has brought about some limitations. We will not be able to serve breakfast, other than the two cop food groups: Donuts and Coffee.  Also, there is no space to offer gift-wrapping. Agencies may reach out to their Cadets, Explorers, or auxiliary groups to fill this gap.

Over the past 33 years, officers have distributed over six million toys and gifts to children and youth in communities statewide.  That would not have been possible without the commitment of our many corporate partners, like the Valley Chevy Dealers, and so many others.

For further information, please go to 911ToyDrive.com. Officers can click on the Print Forms tab of the 911 Toy Drive section to print the toy forms they will need to adopt families.  Each officer can adopt up to two families and must have their forms completed and copied before arriving at the warehouse on December 20th

Please note, this toy drive is not open to the public. Participating officers select the families based on community contact.

Sincerely,

Steven Martin
President/Founder
